1.Received your order request
After processed your payment and received your order request, we will email you to confirm this order. And then, we will prepare the items in your order.
2.Processing time
In this part, we kindly ask about 1-4 business days for order processing. After the package ship out, we will send you an email about the delivery information.
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
3.Shipping time
The actual shipping time to destination countries is based on the shipping method in your order.
Generally, it takes 3-4 working days to all the world by UPS,
and, it takes 5-7 working days by EMS, and takes 4-5 working days by TNT/DHL,
depending on the country and area you live in.
