Return & Exchange

Unishe strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service.
Please refer to Return & Exchange for the terms as following:

1. Order Cancelation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

2. Exchange

We will accept exchanges for a wrong style, size or color. Because of high cost in international shipping, we will ship the correct one in your next order shipment.
Please contact our customer support before sending the products back.

3. Refund

If you are not satisfied with our products (Not Quality Problem), you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for goods. As you know, it will be high tax to import the textile from other country in China. After we Clear Customs, we will show you the Customs tax cost to pay. And shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Also please make sure to pay the shipping cost before refund shipment made.

4. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.
